If you are less than pleased with you purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will discuss your exchange, credit or refund options.  All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable regardless of any promotion or coupons used.
• Damaged goods due to package mishandling must be claimed within 3 business days of delivery.
  
• Product returned without Return Authorization will not be accepted.
• Product must be returned in original packaging when possible.
  
• Discounted items or "Seconds" are non-refundable.
• Special orders, customization, Stains and Glazing are non-refundable.
• If you would like to return an item and it falls outside our guidelines we may charge a 25% re-stocking fee.
• Wholesale accounts must follow guidelines under Terms & Conditions.

Because our product is commonly placed outdoors, these guidelines must be followed precisely to ensure the product is not worn or damaged and can be re-sold as new. Refunds will not be approved until the product has been inspected by Designer Stone.  We will not grant any refunds for products damaged due to customer neglect.
